Who’s the best?
The AirHelp Score is a ranking of airlines and airports worldwide based on service, claim process, punctuality and (online) customer appreciation. Although you would expect Emirates or Qatar Airlines to be the best airlines in the world, this year’s winner will not come from the Middle East. This time, the credit goes to Singapore Airlines.
The worst and the best airport
In the latest ranking, Hamad International Airport of Doha (capital of Qatar) is proclaimed as the world’s best airport. The airport of Qatar beats Singapore Changi Airport. With an average rating of 8.77 in the Airhelp ranking, Doha takes over first place from Singapore Changi, which drops to the fifth place.
